Tourist Plans in Santa Marta

City tour

It allows to know the main attractive places in Santa Marta, some of them: Historical Center, San Pedro Alejandrino’s Villa, Gold Museum, Taganga, Bolívar Park, Tayrona National Natural Park, Tayronaka, nearby beaches like Rodadero, playa blanca, Bello Horizonte , among other.

National Park Tayrona

A place I should go to. It is located in the north of Colombia, with an extensive protected area that covers the slopes of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta that adjoins the Caribbean coast. It is known for its beaches lined with palm trees, coastal lagoons, tropical forests and its rich biodiversity.

Cristal Beach

It is one of the beaches that Tayrona National Park has, totally crystalline and with many corals.

Concha Bay

Another beautiful beach of the Tayrona National Natural Park.

Lost City

The ancient city of the Tayrona village in the Colombian Caribbean that was built 800 years ago, and only recently discovered in 1972. The beauty of this fascinating piece of Colombian history is that it can still be accessed only through a walk, through one of the most diverse and spectacular scenarios in Colombia; which is why it lacks crowds and retains a truly authentic atmosphere. To go to this wonderful place it will take 4 to 6 days.

Tayronaka

It is an unmissable plan if you like nature, it is on the Don Diego River. There, green tourism and archeology are connected.

Quebrada Valencia

Place where you will find wells with refreshing water that flows from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.

Minca

It is a small coffee town 40 minutes from Santa Marta and 500 meters high. Here you can enjoy a delicious river bath in a blue well and visit a coffee plantation.

The Ciénaga Grande

Place where you can enjoy a lot of fauna and flora. Here flow most of the rivers that come from the Sierra de Nevada de Santa Marta and you can see the villages stilt houses that are on the swamp.
